Three Sisters Garden is planted!

The Three Sisters Garden is planted again!

Sara DeWeerd and Sara Brubacher have prepped and planted the Three Sisters Garden at Stirling with Corn, Beans, and Squash. Pictured above is the garden, surrounded by the thriving pollinator garden, with perennials from last year including sage in front, as well as ceremonial tobacco seedlings that self seeded from last year (see the photo below). In back are four hills where corn, bean, and squash seeds are planted. Since planting, the corn has already started popping up! If you'd like to be involved in watering and weeding this season, contact Sara DeWeerd at deweerd.sara@gmail.com.
